May I introduce you to Michael Jarvis? Michael is the creative mind behind Auxiliary Manufacturing. After 15 years in the restaurant industry, where he did everything from dishwasher to chef, he discovered his passion for the craft.
He started out making small EDC pry bars, initially as a hobby.
But over time, crafting and manufacturing became a real vocation. When Michael gave up his job as manager of a restaurant to look after a sick family member, his passion finally took off.
Supported by his wife, he set up his own workshop in February 2016 - and there has been no looking back since.
Today, Michael is a self-taught knifemaker who crafts each piece with dedication and continues to perfect his technique with each new knife. His creations are not just tools, but real collector's items that he puts his heart and soul into.
