Sort of a bit of everything. The Bottle Butcher is one of THE top sellers of BergBlades. This little two-finger knife fits on every key ring or comfortably in the watch pocket of your jeans. With a blade thickness of a whopping 5mm and a cutting edge of 3.1cm, this small fixed blade really is extremely compact. The shape of the blade is clearly reminiscent of a classic butcher's hatchet. The partial flat grind allows the knife to cut verry well while remaining ultra sturdy, for example to be able to do some light pry work. The highlight is clearly the cut-out on the back of the blade, which serves as a cap lifter. By the way, the knife does not even have to be pulled out of the well fitted Kydex - the sheath also has a matching recess to immediately and safely be able to use the bottle opener.
