Urban EDC Nitroglide Toni of TNT Knives has a talent for making complex mechanical solutions look effortless. With the Nitroglide, that philosophy becomes visible in every line. Every detail serves a mechanical purpose. This design was not sketched for looks alone – it was engineered. Semi-Integral Construction The semi-integral construction combines rigidity and precision. Fewer components mean fewer tolerances. Fewer tolerances result in a cleaner, more controlled action. The reduced part count is intentional. Every component has a defined function. No Traditional Stop Pin One of the most distinctive design decisions is the deliberate omission of a traditional stop pin. In the closed position, the blade tang makes controlled contact with the backspacer. In the open position, the front flipper takes on a dual role: it is not only the opening mechanism, but also a structural stop component. When opened, the blade interfaces with the backspacer via the front flipper, allowing for a well-distributed load path in the locked position and a thoughtfully engineered force distribution. This is not accidental – it is deliberate engineering. Two Opening Methods The pronounced hollow grind allows the Nitroglide to be deployed not only via the front flipper, but also with a middle-finger flick. This secondary opening method feels intuitive and adds a dynamic layer to the knife's handling. Dual-Row Bearings – Despite a Slim Profile Despite its notably slim construction, the Nitroglide runs on dual-row ball bearings. This is made possible by the elimination of a traditional stop pin and the intelligent internal space management that follows. The result is a smooth, controlled action with impressive structural stability. Toni did not try to add more. He refined what was necessary. And that restraint defines the Nitroglide.

Böker Barlow BFF Lucas Burnley Design fixed EDC handle material: walnut with hollow rivets with leather sheath Best Friends Forever? No, of course the abbreviation BFF does not stand for this romantic idea of eternal friendship. Rather, "Barlow Frontpocket Fixed" should be meant here - at least this describes this compact fixed absolutely precisely. Here you get a pocket knife in the true sense of the word - just not for folding. The design of the BFF comes from none other than Lucas Burnley, who now has numerous designs of his knives produced by Böker. The handle of the BFF is so universally shaped that both small and somewhat larger hands can easily find room here. Only if you have exceptionally large paws, it could possibly be tight here. The walnut wood gives a great visual contrast to the brass pins. If you want to attach a bead, you can do so thanks to the large hollow rivet at the end of the handle. For the steel for the full-length blade, Böker have chosen AEB-L this time. This stainless alloy was originally used for the production of razor blades and takes on an incredible sharpness. The saber grind of the blade and the small swedge towards the tip, give the blade a look that is somewhat reminiscent of the knives from the colonial era of the USA - only in a handy pocket size. To make the BFF live up to its name, Böker have designed a leather sheath that you can "clip" to the hem of a jeans pocket thanks to a steel clip. So this little everyday companion is always within reach when you need it.

Because the true performance of a small fixed blade only shows itself in real use. This is where the new GiantMouse scales really shine. Despite their slim profile, they add noticeably more grip and volume. The result: more control, more confidence, and simply a better feel in hand – especially during extended use. Your GMF1 stays compact, but feels distinctly more “grown-up”. When it comes to materials, the choice is yours: Green Micarta for a classic, understated look; Burlap Micarta with a coarse jute texture and bold appearance; or Titanium with a diagonal milled pattern that is both grippy and surprisingly smooth. Each option brings its own character without compromising the knife’s clean lines. Installation is straightforward: screws and the appropriate tool are included, allowing you to mount the scales quickly and easily yourself. This turns the ultra-slim EDC fixed blade into a true long-term workhorse in no time. Please note: These handle scales fit both the GMF1 and the GMF1 Fat. After installation, they are not compatible with the original Kydex sheath.

Böker Daily Knives AK1 Scales for Inlays Scales for the Böker Daily Knives AK1 Made in Hamburg Available in titanium, titanium rusty finish and aluminium-bronze Multi-sided CNC-milled scales made of titanium, anodized titanium rusty and lead-free aluminum bronze are of course a home game for us. With Daily Customs we were able to gain a lot of experience and know-how to transfer our familiar quality and variety to DK knives. You have the choice between the simple AK1 Scales Plain or the AK1 Scales Inlay, for which inlays made of different materials can be purchased separately. Mix and match your preferred material combination for your pocket knife.   Hint: Please note that each anodized titanium product is visually unique. In comparison to the photographed sample products, slight differences in color may occur. By friction or usage the upper layer of the Rusty Finish can be worn away and the appearance can change slightly. The dark grey/bronze anodization is permanent.
