This is mainly due to their unique locking mechanism. Safety first! It all started with this pen: Lee Nottingham redesigned his TIClicker to create what is probably the best-known and most widely used ballpoint pen refill ever. We are, of course, talking about the incredibly popular Parker refill, which is now available in countless versions from even more manufacturers. However, this version is not the TiClicker, but the TiButton. What is the difference? Basically, they are identical pens, but with one important difference: the TiButton has a clever safety feature. Maybe it's happened to you before: you're carrying your EDC pen clipped into your pocket, where your wallet is also located. When you reach into your pocket, you accidentally push the ballpoint pen refill forward, and less than 60 minutes later, you have a wonderfully creatively painted inside of your favorite jeans. Nobody needs that! This won't happen with the TiButton from Nottingham. Double Lock This version has an additional safety button on the right side of the pocket clip. The refill can only be extended or retracted when this button is pressed – a kind of “safety mode” for your pen. This prevents the mechanism from being triggered accidentally, e.g. when the pen is in your pocket or a work vest. Single Lock The Single Lock version works in a similar way – but here the button only protects the refill when it is retracted. This means that you can click as usual to extend the refill, but you have to press the button to retract it.

Nottingham Tactical TiButton Double-Lock (right-handed) designed for right-handers Double-Lock-Version  Safety First! It all started with this pen: Lee Nottingham designed his TIClicker around what is probably the best-known and most widely used ballpoint pen refill of all. We're talking, of course, about the incredibly widespread Parker lead, which is now available in countless versions from even more countless manufacturers. But in this version, you're not dealing with the TiClicker at all, but with the TiButton. What is the difference? Basically, they are identical pens, but with one important difference: the TiButton has a clever security feature. Maybe it's happened to you, too: You carry your EDC pen clipped on in your pants pocket, where your wallet is also located. While reaching into your pocket, you accidentally push the refill of the pen forward and not even 60 minutes later you have a wonderfully creative painted inside of your favorite jeans. Nobody needs that! This won't happen to the TiButton from Nottingham. To extend the pen's lead, you have to press a small safety button that simultaneously unlocks the pen again. This double lock not only ensures fun, but also that your pocket remains spotless. Your TiButton Parker is delivered in three formats. The very pocket-friendly mini version is equipped with a Pilot G2 mini refill, which offers a long writing time despite its small size. In the midsize format, on the other hand, the Schmidt Easyflow 9000 refill is used. This refill has a kind of cult status among writing instrument fans and not only offers an extremely pleasant rollerball writing feel, but also delivers a medium line width with a very saturated, document-proof black that ensures very good legibility. Alternatively, you can equip this TiButton with any other Parker size refill, such as the Schneider Slider, and customize the pen to your liking. If you prefer large pens, you can get a Pilot G2 refill with the full-size variant. This refill is also very popular, and rightly so. The fine stroke and the decidedly rich black make for a great writing experience. Of course, the TiButton pen is also available in a variety of patterns. Is that over the top? Yes and yes! Is it still great? Yes again! Whether the Knafs Titanium Ruler is a useful EDC item for knife nerds? BIG YES! A ruler should not be missing from any Fedder folder - that much is for sure. Lightweight and indestructible titanium is certainly the material of choice for us EDC fans. The ingenious thing about this ruler are the milled teeth at the ends: here you can determine the angle of the cutting bevel by putting on the blade of your pocket knife. This allows you to keep the original angle when resharpening and not accidentally widen the bevel (which usually does not look so nice, especially with slightly thicker blades). The scaling of the Titanium Ruler is in centimeters and inches, making it absolutely international. For the colors, you can choose between natural, blue, bronze, purple and gold.

Civivi C-Quill gray Aluminum hard anodized aluminum  tactical pen bayonet latch Click...Clack...Click...Clack The Civivi C-Quill not only looks good, but has a bayonet latch that is so "snappy" it's addictive. The spring tension and the little pin are so well matched that you can't help but....click...clack...click...well, you know. The entire pin is milled from hard anodized aluminum, which provides on the one hand a high stability and on the other hand a low weight. While the grip piece has a pleasant round milling, the rear part was provided with a large, somewhat reminiscent of the Umnumzaan of Chris Reeve milling. The clip ensures that the C-Quill Pen sits securely in your pocket. Also with Civivi applies: no real Tactical Pen without glass breaker. Therefore, the C-Quill was given a small ceramic ball, which can break glass in an emergency.

The pen is completely milled from solid titanium and finished with a black finsish. For a better grip, the grip piece was provided with a milled pattern that reminds a bit of Chris Reeves Umnumzaan. To prevent you from losing your Coronet Pen, the pen has a 3D milled titanium clip. The Coronet is opened via a bayonet catch that locks on both sides.
