Three Rivers Mfg., better known as TRM, is a renowned knife manufacturer from the USA that stands for high-quality workmanship, innovative designs and a special customer focus. TRM is backed by its parent company Halpern Titanium, which was founded in Massachusetts in 1997. The name “Three Rivers” refers to the confluence of the Ware and Quaboag rivers, which together form the Chicopee River.
What began with the sale of accessories for knifemakers has developed into a state-of-the-art manufacturing company that produces knives and components to perfection .
TRM began as an independent company in 2014, and it was not until 2018 that it first caused a stir on the US knife scene with its Neutronmodel. With the successor model, the “Atom”, released in 2019, the brand finally rose to the upper echelon of knife manufacturers. Every TRM knife is 100% Made in the USA, from material to assembly. The knives therefore proudly bear the engraving “USA”.
TRM is known for listening to customer feedback and requests. Many details of the knives – from blade shapes to handle materials – were inspired by the close collaboration with the TRM community. For example, the design of the Nerd blade and the naming of some models were inspired by ideas from knife fans.
