Böker Plus Connector Titanium Jakub Wieczorkiewicz Design compact EDC spearpoint blade with detachable thumb pin handle with beadblast finish blade with checkering with decorative blade axle screw, lanyard loop and high-quality nylon pouch for storage The Poltergeist The Böker Plus Connector is the first folding knife that is in collaboration with Poltergeist Works. The design is clearly attributable to the Polish design forge of Jakub Wieczorkiewicz. The crystal-clear lines with the milled angles on the titanium handle scales are unmistakably the work of the design genius, who was also responsible for classics such as the Real Steel Luna. The finish of the handle scales and the backspacer is somewhat reminiscent of the knives from Chris Reeve Knives thanks to the sandblasted surface. On the other hand, the polished deep-carry clip and the polished hardware create a nice contrast. The frame lock not only has a steel inlay, but also an overtravel guard, so you can't accidentally overstretch the lock. The ball bearing blade made of S35VN steel, has a Droppoint contour, which takes up the line of the handle so that in open state a beautiful overall shape is created. All the proportions are just right here. The jimping on the back of the blade and on the thumb disk ensure a secure handling of the connector. If you like modern pocket knives, there is no way around the Böker Plus Connector.

MKM Goccia Bead Blasted Titanium Jens Anso Design M390 steel including Cordura sheath with zipper and belt loop Pure elegance Come on, you've already guessed the designer of this knife, right? Right, behind the design of the Goccia is of course, Jens Anso. The line of this noble folding knife is clearly reminiscent of the legendary Neo - except that you don't have to sell a kidney here. The Goccia exudes a certain calmness and elegance, which is mainly due to the continuous swing and the organic lines. The flipper tab fits casually and harmoniously into the design, but together with the ball bearings it also provides a lot of fun. The Titanium handle scales are underlaid with steel liners, which also provide for the secure locking linerlock. Other than that, all that remains to be said is: M390 steel, deep carry clip, Titanium handle scales, Anso design. What else to want here?

GiantMouse ACE Sonoma V2 - Natural Canvas Micarta Successor of the Sonoma V1 Frame-Lock Made by Reate Knives slim profile and comfortable ergos well suited for outdoor activities Just little different What do the two Danish designers Jesper Voxnaes and Jens Ansø do for inspiration for a new knife? Well, of course we don't know exactly, but the name of the new Sonoma suggests that the county of the same name in northern California may have played a role. The rocky coastal region is home to countless vineyards and is considered one of the most beautiful places in Northern California. It's a safe place to hang out while thinking about a new knife. With the ACE Sonoma V2, the two Danes have once again reworked one of their most popular models a bit and deliver a knife that convinces with a few cool tweaks of the original model. Of course, the V2 version of the Sonoma is also manufactured by Reate in China. The company founded by David Deng is considered one of the most precise manufacturing facilities in the world and not for nothing Reate knives enjoy an excellent reputation. While the use of a frame lock on the Sonoma was a sensation for GiantMouse fans, the manufacturer has once again opted for a liner lock on the Sonoma V2. The handle scales of the Sonoma were milled from Micarta, while the liners are made of steel, which is especially important for the lock spring to minimize wear. The Elmax steel blade runs on ball bearings located in the blade root, which makes for great flipping action. The elongated, bulbous blade shape, which tapers finely to the tip, was provided with a rounded blade back. This creates an extremely elegant and tasteful shape, which together with the handle provides a very aesthetic overall appearance. Another detail is the Detent Ramp milled into the blade root, which ensures that the blade travels in a single, velvety smooth motion when closed. The small flipper tab allows the blade to shoot out of the hilt quickly and provides a tremendous amount of fun. With the Sonoma V2, GiantMouse have changed one of their best knives a bit again, giving you a much lighter and decidedly outdoorsy version of this knife. The wire clip, as you already know it from other GiantMouse knives, lets the Sonoma V2 almost completely disappear in your pocket.

Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Lightweight Pink CPM-S-30V Part of Spydercos Pink Heals Edition Only 34 gramms Little pink dragon The Spyderco Dragonfly 2 is an absolute EDC classic. Not only has this folding knife long been a central talking point of the EDC community - the design of the knife is just uncannily good. Don't be put off by the small size; there's a lot of knife in a small package here. The strongly curved handle made of robust and here in pink colored FRN handle scales provides by its shape for a decidedly good hand position, even with larger hands. The backlock, whose lever is located centrally on the back of the handle, locks the short blades bombproof. For the blade shape, Spyderco rely on their famous Leaf Shape blade made of black coated CPM S30V steel for the Dragonfly 2, which looks even more racy here with a discreet swedge. The large thumb hole and fine jimping ensure optimal handling of the knife. To store this little rattle discreetly in your pocket, Spyderco have given the Dragonfly 2 a sturdy wire clip that you can implement on both sides. Maybe you're wondering what's up with the bright pink handle scales? Spyderco donates a portion of their knives with pink handle scales to the Pink Heals campaign. This is all about raising awareness about breast cancer - a great idea we think. #knifesforabetterworld
Böker Plus Zenshin reminiscent of the Higonokami pocket knives flat stainless steel handle scales in matt stonewash finish without additional liners blade in a two-tone finish flat ground blade Slipjoint in Japanese Fans of Japanese sword and knife art watch out: here comes the Zenshin from Böker Plus. What looks like an ordinary Higonokami at first glance, is in fact a real Framelock folder with steel handle scales. So on the one hand you have a pocket knife with the look of a traditional cutting tool from Japan, but on the other hand all the advantages of a modern folder. For a more contemporary look, the handle scales have been given a matte stonewash finish. The blade, made of very rust-resistant 440C steel, has a two-tone finish, which adds to the modern feel. All in all, the Zenshin is a dignified nod to Japanese tradition and brings the design of the Higonokami into the 21st century.

Spyderco Para 3 A faithful companionMost major knife manufacturers have developed their classics over the years, which are simply indispensable from the program. Spyderco's Para Military 2 is one of them, along with several other models. But for some, this folding knife is a bit too big for everyday use, especially since there is a legal regulation in some US states that only allows blades up to a length of 3 inches. Spyderco have therefore put the PM2 on a diet and the result can now be admired in the form of the Para 3. Well, it's not quite that simple - after all, the Para 3 is much more than just a shrunken version of the classic.Despite the significantly smaller dimensions, the Para 3 also feels absolutely fantastic in the hand, especially when you use the finger choil at the base of the blade. This indentation allows one to guide the knife very close to the cutting edge and thus be able to transfer a lot of force to the cutting motion. The Compression Lock, which at first glance looks like a liner lock attached to the back, provides maximum security through its locking technology, which is due to the fact that here (unlike the liner lock) a part of the plate is pushed between the blade root and the stop pin. So to destroy the lock, the vertically positioned liner would have to be crushed between the blade and the pin, which is virtually impossible. The fully raised flat grind of the blade, which is made of CPM S45V steel, ensures optimal cutting performance and the fine tapered tip also allows for the most precise work. The blade length of exactly 3inches (hence the name of the knife) is still long enough to handle the vast majority of everyday cutting tasks with ease, yet still makes for a much more compact overall package compared to the Para Military 2. Together with the large lanyard hole and the reversible poket clip (making the knife perfectly suitable for left-handers), you get a really robust yet handy pocket knife with the Para 3, which proves to be an absolutely faithful companion in everyday life.
Viper Orso2 Dark Stonewashed Titan 3D Jens Anso Design LO-QPM20-4 blade Dark Stonewashed blade finish 3D Dark Stonewashed Titanium Handle Whats new? How do you make an already great knife even better? You revisit the design, change a few key areas, but don't change the basic DNA of the knife. That's exactly what Jens Anso did with the Orso 2. This version of the already great Orso design has been improved a bit in a few places. Instead of a linerlock, a framelock is now used. This is of course equipped with a combined steel insert / overtravel stop. On the one hand, this prevents wear and on the other hand, you can't accidentally overstretch the lockbar. The handle scales of the Orso 2 are of course milled from solid titanium. Thanks to the contoured edges, the knife lies very comfortably in the hand. Another innovation can be found in the steel: Viper uses the LO-QPM 20-4 steel for the first time on the Orso 2. This is an alloy produced by Lohmann in Germany that is almost identical to the popular M390 steel. Here you get a very rust resistant blade that holds sharpness for a very long time, so you can work with it for a long time without worry. Typical of Jens Anso's design is the continuous, flowing line of the knife. If you open the blade with the small flipper tab, you get a continuous line that just looks beautiful. Thanks to the built-in ball bearings, the knife also provides a lot of fun. The small details typical of Jens Anso provide a visual highlight: the 3D milled clip, the filigree backspacer, as well as the small collar around the pivot screw, round off the Orso 2 visually wonderful.

CRKT - Pilar A small EDC wonderSometimes it doesn't take much to make a really good knife. With the Pilar, CRKT have created a design by Danish knife guru Jesper Voxnaes, which is really fistful behind the ears. Voxnaes is considered - quite rightly - one of the most important knifemakers in Europe and his designs for companies like CRKT, Viper or Spyderco have caused quite a stir in the past. If you are looking for a good, compact and above all inexpensive knife for everyday use, the Pilar could be just the thing for you. The matte stainless steel handle fits comfortably in the hand and - thanks to the finger recess placed at the base of the blade - allows for pleasant and precise handling of the knife. At the same time, the finger guard also serves as a so-called "Flipper Tap", with which the Pilar can be opened with one hand. The frame lock closes securely and can be easily unlocked again with one hand. The slightly modified Sheepfoot blade was provided with a hollow grind, which ensures that the Pilar cuts really well despite its robust blade thickness of 3.6mm. When it comes to the choice of material, CRKT have opted for the tried and tested 8Cr13MoV steel, which ensures a very high resistance to rust and can be re-sharpened with simple means. The best thing about the CRKT Pilar, in our opinion, is the price. What you get here for little money is really incredible. The great design by Jesper Voxnaes, the one-sided convertible pocket clip and the good build quality make the Pilar a real "bang for the buck".

Anso Haddock Micarta Full Custom Blade steel RWL34 Titanium Framelock Brown Micarta GRAILALERT!!! For you and us fans of Jens Ansø, the announcement that the Haddock will be reissued came as a small sensation - after all, this knife is one of the most famous designs of the Danish knifemaker. The handle is a titanium framelock construction with a brown micarta showside and is a bit slimmer with its slightly rounded handle scales. The surface of the titanium side has a very finely milled groove pattern that gives you a good grip on the one hand and gives the knife an interesting look on the other. The locking arm of the titanium framelock was provided with a steel insert, which is supposed to prevent wear in contact with the blade tang. At the same time, this steel insert serves as overtravel guard when opening the lock. This way you can't accidentally damage the lock of your Haddock. The clip, the backspacer and the collar of the pivot screw are also made of titanium. It is worth noting that the 3D milled clip has also been provided with a fine corrugation of the surface. This special feature is exemplary of how detail-loving Ansø works. Nothing is left to chance here. While the handle of the Haddock has been re-designed, Ansø continues to use its modified sheepsfoot shape for the blade. However, a more sweeping and elegant line was chosen, which fits perfectly with the new handle. The steel is still Damasteel RWL-34, which is very popular among European and South African knifemakers thanks to its excellent edge retention. Like all custom models, the new Haddock is made in Denmark by Jens Ansø himself. Although he mills all parts in high-precision CNC technology - many steps are still done by hand. With the new Haddock, Ansø has actually managed to revive one of its own classics in an interesting way and delivers a result that will certainly give you a lot of pleasure. Here you get a knife for eternity.

Our tip: In our blog post Everyday Carry, you’ll find everything you need to know about this exciting topic and the many benefits your own EDC kit can offer.
An EDC knife can be useful in a variety of situations. Whether you need it to open packages, cut ropes, or find your way during an outdoor trip – the possibilities are virtually limitless. Especially in emergency situations, a good everyday carry knife can provide valuable service. For hobby craftsmen or outdoor enthusiasts, such a knife is indispensable. Here are some examples of where your EDC knife can be used:
When buying an EDC knife, you should consider certain features to find the perfect knife for your needs. In addition to the materials used and the blade length, the design also plays a major role. Many models are equipped with ergonomic handles that ensure safe and comfortable handling. Another aspect to consider when buying is the weight of the knife. A knife that is too heavy can be impractical, while a model that is too light might not provide enough stability.
Additionally, the size of the knife and the type of blade lock are important. If you have large hands, a knife with a bulkier handle may provide better handling. For pocket knives, the type of lock is crucial – for example, a framelock offers more stability than a slipjoint pocket knife.
Our tip: Pocket knives are also well-suited for everyday use and provide great assistance in many situations. In our shop, we offer a wide range of pocket knives in various designs from different manufacturers.
When choosing your EDC knife, you should be aware of the carrying restrictions in Germany. According to the Weapons Act (WaffG) § 42a, there is a prohibition on carrying certain items. This includes, among other things, knives with lockable blades that can be operated with one hand or fixed knives with a blade length over 12 cm. We have summarized all the information on the topic "What does §42a-compliant mean" on our website.
In our shop, you’ll find a wide range of EDC knives tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking for a functional everyday knife or value style and design, you’ll find the right one with us. If you need help choosing or have questions about the knives, we’re here to assist you. Just use our contact form.
