CPM-CruWear blade with black Cerakote coating – extremely edge-retentive, tough, and corrosion-resistant.Rugged sheath with Quick-Release mechanism – rock-solid retention and lightning-fast access with just a thumb press. CruWear & Carbon Fiber Small in name. Big in everything that matters. When you choose this knife, you’re not just buying a piece of steel with handle scales. You’re buying precision from Oregon – hand-assembled, inspected, and finished to perfection. You’re buying CPM-CruWear: a powder-metallurgy tool steel that combines toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance so well that even the harshest outdoor work leaves no mark. The carbon fiber handle scales aren’t just light and elegant – they’re machined to the millimeter and accented with red liners, a detail you’d usually only see on custom knives. And then there’s the sheath: injection-molded, modular, weather-resistant, and built to last. The integrated Quick-Release mechanism locks the knife securely in place until you need it – then lets it go instantly with a single press of your thumb. Whether you carry it cross-draw in Scout style, classic on the belt, or hanging low, your Mini Bushcrafter rides safe and stays ready. None of this is by accident – it’s the result of Benchmade’s commitment to building knives that last a lifetime… and then another. Yes, it comes at a price. But it’s the price for a tool that doesn’t get replaced – it gets passed down.
Old School Vibes, New School Power Already crushing 1,000 burpees on your way to the coffee machine? BUD/S training felt more like pool time to you? And you're a sucker for '90s tactical design? Then the Microtech Amphibian is made for you. With its unmistakable retro look, this knife is a tribute to the golden era of tactical blades – but packed with all the modern tech you’d expect today. Whether you're on duty, out bushcrafting, or just want a rugged outdoor EDC: the Amphibian delivers. RAM-LOK™ – Microtech’s Own Locking System At its core is the RAM-LOK™ – Microtech’s take on the plunge lock, inspired by the Axis Lock (Benchmade) and Ball Bearing Lock (Spyderco). It's incredibly smooth, rock-solid, and built with serious hardware. A Blade with Character The blade features a bold recurve, a thin grind, and offers impressive cutting performance, especially for pull cuts. Choose it with or without serrations – your call. For that extra tactical vibe, you can opt for a DLC coating combined with satin flats. It’s made from M390MK – a specially modified version of Böhler’s trusted steel, developed for Microtech with enhanced toughness, excellent edge retention, and high corrosion resistance. Grip & Details The milled G10 handle scales give you a secure grip, while the deep-carry clip and lanyard hole round out the setup. A great little touch: those chunky Torx screws – so you won’t have to mess around with tiny bit drivers and stripped heads. Conclusion Sure, the Amphibian looks like it came straight out of a 1998 action flick – but under the hood, it's cutting-edge, high-performance gear.

GiantMouse ACE Titanium Reo Jesper Voxnaes and Jens Anso Design Handle made of textured titaniumBlade made of CPM MagnaCut steel with stonewashed finishMade in Italy Imagine standing in a place where past and present meet, where the industrial spirit and the scent of engine oil can still be felt in every corner. In REO Town, Lansing, Michigan, home of the legendary REO Motor Car Company, you can experience what innovation must have felt like in the golden era of the automobile. This fascinating place is just a stone's throw away from the GiantMouse headquarters.Although the automotive era is long gone, REO Town has retained its tradition and is now a vibrant meeting place for numerous small, innovative businesses, manufacturers, bars and breweries. It was this creative atmosphere that inspired the GiantMouse team to design their latest knife - the ACE REO.As soon as you pick up the ACE REO, you'll feel the perfectly balanced weight distribution. The titanium handle with the "Diamond Plate" milling lies securely and comfortably in your hand.Did you know that the ACE REO is equipped with a MRBS (Multirow Ball Bearing System)? This means that the blade runs on two rows of small steel balls in a plastic cage instead of one. This gives the blade root a larger contact surface, which improves the distribution of lateral forces and makes the blade run more smoothly - almost like bronze washers.Whether you're out and about or mastering your everyday urban life, the ACE REO is ready for adventures big and small. The blade of this lightweight folding knife is made of thenew Magnacut steel, which is not only extremely rust-resistant but also offers outstanding edge retention. The REO is locked via a bombproof locking framelock. But the ACE REO is more than just a knife - it's a piece of history that you hold in your hand, a tribute to the past and a step into the future..

GiantMouse GMF2-Red G10 N690 Steel Black Stonewashed PVD Finish Red G10 handle scales Leather sheath with dangler The big one The GMF2 is one of the most popular knives from the GiantMouse program. Especially for outdoor activities, this robust fixed is extremely popular thanks to its robust Sabre Grind. The handle with its screwed scales of red G10, is wonderfully full in the hand and allows so long work without you hotspots to create. The very tapered blade has a very special flow, which is nicely underlined by the slanted ricasso. The jimping on the back of the blade was placed so that you can transfer a lot of force to the blade with your thumb and guide the knife safely at the same time. The very rust resistant Böhler N690 steel holds its sharpness very well and is still ready for use even after long periods of cutting. For a more tacticool look, the blade has a nice black stonewash finish. Together with the handmade leather sheath you get here a real working knife, which simply feels most comfortable on hikes or in the forest.

If you want to buy an outdoor knife, you should clearly understand your requirements. Think about the situations in which you will primarily use it. What makes these knives special is that they are strong enough to work reliably even under extreme conditions. Outdoor knives with fixed blades are ideal for tougher tasks as they offer higher stability and durability compared to folding knives. They allow you to work precisely, even in challenging conditions. Outdoor knives are also available as folding knife variants. These are safe, practical, and handy – although, of course, not as sturdy as fixed-blade knives.
The features of an outdoor knife are crucial to withstand the challenges of the outdoors:
Our tip: To ensure your knife lasts a long time, regular maintenance and cleaning are especially important. In our shop, you’ll find a wide range of high-quality cleaning and maintenance oils, polishing cloths, and care swabs.
In Germany, it is important to be aware of the legal regulations regarding knives. When choosing your outdoor knife, you should be mindful of the carrying restrictions in Germany. According to the Weapons Act (WaffG) § 42a, there is a prohibition on carrying certain items. This includes, among other things, knives with lockable blades that can be operated with one hand or fixed knives with a blade length over 12 cm. All information on the topic "What does §42a-compliant mean" can be found on our website.
If you want to order an outdoor knife from us, make sure it meets your individual requirements. For everyday use, a compact EDC knife (Every Day Carry) might be a better choice. For lighter daily tasks, you can also rely on our pocket knives, which are ideal as compact alternatives. These knives are especially practical and easy to carry. Many models also offer additional tools that can be useful on the go.
