The GMF1 for the cutting board Cooking on the road rarely fails because of the recipe. It fails because of the blunt thing sitting in the holiday flat’s drawer or in the camper – or because you’re trying to get onions into even rings with your EDC folder. The GMF1-Chef takes the familiar GMF1 platform and points it at food prep. The blade is noticeably taller, so your fingers stay off the board when you rock through a cut, and it’s made from Nitro-B, a nitrogen-alloyed stainless steel from GiantMouse’s kitchen knife line. In practice that means lemon juice, tomato work and half an hour lying unwashed on the board are no problem. The stonewash finish covers the rest. The black G10 scales don’t take on water and stay grippy when your fingers are greasy. They’re screwed on, so you can take them off for a proper clean – after two weeks of camping, that’s a real argument. It comes with a Kydex sheath instead of the usual Italian leather. Leather and damp blades don’t stay friends for long. Kydex goes under the tap, gets a shake, done. For the camping table, the van and every kitchen where you’re only a guest.
A new point on a familiar face You know the GMF1: small, skeletonised, so flat that you eventually forget it’s on your belt at all. The Texas keeps exactly that handle and swaps the blade shape up front. In place of the familiar drop point line, you get a clip point blade. The swedged tip runs finer, and you notice it on anything that asks for precision – lifting the edge of packing tape, picking apart a seam, working a knot out of a line. With 4 mm of stock, there’s still enough material behind it that the tip isn’t something you need to worry about. The blade measures 5.6 cm, the whole knife 13.7 cm at 57 g. The handle comes in at 8.1 cm and carries three jimping zones for secure thumb pressure. The steel is new as well: cryo-treated Hybrid Cryo, paired with a stonewash finish that lets signs of use quietly slide. It ships in a brown leather sheath that takes on a beautiful patina over the years. At 5.6 cm the blade sits well below the 12 cm mark, so under German law (§ 42a WaffG) you may generally carry the GMF1-Texas. Meant as orientation, not as legal advice.
Böker Barlow BFF Titanium Damascus – limited to 88 pieces The Barlow pattern is roughly as old as the idea of folding a knife in the first place. Farmer's knife, working man's knife: for centuries it was simply what you had on you, because you needed it. Lucas Burnley turned it into a fixed blade that looks like it has always existed in that form. And now there's a version with a Damascus blade. Damascus and titanium The full-tang construction runs all the way through to the butt of the handle, with titanium scales over it, kept smooth and slim. The Damascus pattern comes out differently on every piece. No two are identical, which with a worldwide run of 88 is a fairly manageable problem. Swiss precision! When you think of Switzerland, you probably picture the Alps, stunning landscapes, perfect order – and maybe a piece of Toblerone. Fair enough. But Victorinox has every reason to confidently add itself to that list. With the Evoke Wood Damast Limited Edition 2026, the Swiss once again show that they don’t just excel at mountains and chocolate, but also at knives where materials, craftsmanship, and design come together in perfect harmony. As the 2026 annual knife, this model is based on the well-known Evoke, but receives an upgrade that truly stands out: a large blade made from Damasteel® with 115 layers, featuring the distinctive Gysinge pattern and hardened to around 60 HRC. What that means for you: striking looks, strong performance, and definitely not a mass-produced blade – every pattern is unique. The knife is paired with carefully selected plane tree wood handle scales, adding warmth and natural character while making each piece one of a kind. The contrast between the bold Damascus blade and the lively wood creates a design that feels refined without being overly polished – and premium without losing its everyday usability. Of course, this edition stays true to the Evoke’s core character. This is not a fragile display piece, but a functional EDC knife built to be used. The removable thumb stud adds practical versatility to the handling. And since Victorinox is producing only 7,000 individually numbered pieces worldwide, this is exactly the kind of knife where waiting too long might mean missing out. If you appreciate Swiss precision, premium materials, and genuine collector appeal, the Victorinox Annual Knife 2026 is definitely worth a closer look.

GiantMouse x Zodiac Dive Watch & Knife Box Set A watch belongs in your everyday carry just as much as a knife. Both are tools you carry daily without thinking too much about them—until you realize how much you rely on them. That’s exactly where the idea behind this set begins. This wasn’t a quick collaboration thrown together overnight. Months of conversations, sketches, and “what if…” moments went into it. Two brands deliberately set out to build something for a specific purpose: for divers—and for collectors who appreciate concepts like this. At the center is the Super Sea Wolf Pro-Diver. And this is not a “let’s just throw in a watch” kind of decision—it’s a true piece of dive watch history. Zodiac is one of the early names in the world of dive watches, and the Super Sea Wolf has been known for decades for exactly that: built for use in the water, highly legible, robust, and designed in a way that evolves rather than changes completely over time. And this one plays in a completely different league. 300 meters of water resistance, a screw-down crown, and inside a Swiss automatic movement (STP 1-21) that doesn’t just run—but is COSC-certified for accuracy. On top of that, it’s ISO-certified as a true dive watch, meaning it doesn’t just look the part—it delivers. The ceramic bezel is custom-made for this model, and together with the blaze-orange accents it’s more than just visual. Inspired by the iconic 1970s “Exotic” dials, it ensures the watch remains clearly legible even in low-light conditions. And then there’s the knife. Not a folder, but a fixed blade—exactly what a proper dive knife should be. Made from N360 steel, specifically chosen for its exceptional corrosion resistance in marine environments. The satin-finished blade is paired with a black anodized aluminum handle and a blaze-orange G10 inlay, directly tying into the watch’s color palette. And again, it’s the details that make the difference: The pass-through design is intentionally built so you can quickly rinse the knife with fresh water after a dive. No unnecessary hassle—just practical, real-world functionality. This isn’t just design—it’s built around actual use. Only 300 sets exist worldwide. This set isn’t your typical EDC you casually put together. It’s a deliberately developed setup—for people who know exactly why they want something like this. Or for those who collect pieces like this because they represent what happens when two worlds are brought together the right way. Technical Specifications – Zodiac Super Sea Wolf Pro-Diver Platform: Super Sea Wolf Pro-Diver Case: Stainless Steel Strap: Black Rubber Strap Water Resistance: 30 ATM (300 meters) Case Diameter: 42 mm Movement: Swiss Automatic STP 1-21 Certification: COSC (Chronometer) Certification: ISO (Dive Watch)
Böker Plus Atlas Backlock Big The Atlas by Böker Plus has been a staple in many EDC setups for years. Slim, straightforward and exactly why people keep coming back to it. With the Atlas Backlock Big, this classic gets the upgrade many have been waiting for: more size and a true locking mechanism. With an overall length of 21 cm, the knife feels noticeably more substantial in hand. You get more grip, more control and can handle more demanding cutting tasks with confidence. It simply feels more like a proper tool—without becoming bulky. The backlock is what really makes the difference here. Proven, robust and intuitive, it adds the level of security you want when putting pressure on the blade—without overcomplicating the design. At the same time, the Atlas stays true to its roots. Reduced to the essentials, slim in the pocket and always ready when you need it. The 12C27 blade fits perfectly into this concept: corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain and quick to resharpen. Exactly the kind of steel you want in a knife that’s meant to be used, not just carried. The Atlas Backlock Big is not a showpiece. It’s the Atlas—just with more substance, for those who wanted a bit more size and security. Highlights 21 cm overall length – more grip and control Backlock mechanism for secure use Evolution of the popular Atlas classic Slim, everyday carry-friendly design 12C27 steel – corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain, reliable edge retention Perfect as a straightforward EDC with more substance

GiantMouse ACE ReoJesper Voxnaes and Jens Anso Design Grip in textured G10, Micarta or TitaniumBlade in CPM MagnaCut steel with stonewashed or PVD finishMade in ItalyNot just for car fans. Imagine standing in a place where past meets present, where the industrial spirit and scent of motor oil of yesteryear can still be felt in every corner. At REO Town in Lansing, Michigan, home of the pioneering REO Motor Car Company, you can feel what innovation must have felt like in the golden era of the automobile. This magical place is just a stone's throw from GiantMouse Headquarters. While the automotive era is, of course, long a thing of the past, the place has retained its tradition while also being a haven for many small, innovative businesses, manufacturers, bars and breweries. This creative atmosphere is exactly what inspired the team at GiantMouse when they created their latest knife - the ACE REO. As soon as you pick it up, you'll feel that the balance and weight, are just right. The canvas micarta, G10 or titanium handle fits securely and comfortably in your hand with the "Diamond Plate" routing. By the way, did you know that the Ace Reo is equipped with an MRBS? Maybe you are now wondering what that is supposed to be. This is a so-called MULTIROW BALLBEARING SYSTEM. Here the blade runs not on one, but on two rows of small steel balls, which sit in a plastic cage. So the root of the blade has a larger contact area, which means that lateral forces can be better distributed. In addition, the blade action is somewhat "smoother" and in the case of the ACE Reo a little more reminiscent of the "feel" of a bronze washer. Whether you are out and about or mastering your urban everyday life, the ACE REO is ready for the big and small adventures. In the blade of this lightweight folding knife, the still relatively new Magnacut steel is used, which is not only extremely rust resistant, but also remains very long cutting. The Reo is locked via a bombproof arresting liner lock. But the ACE REO is more than your new faithful companion - it's a story you carry with you, a piece of true ingenuity you can hold in your hand. A tribute to the past but also a step into the future.

Outdoor knife CPM3V steel blade Droppoint blade handle made of TPE (low heat conductivity) including high quality Kydex Bronco The new Böker Bronco is THE price/performance hit when it comes to a super sturdy, rather compact outdoor knife. This knife is made of the ultra-tough but very cutting CPM 3V steel, which is one of the most popular alloys when the blade must withstand even the roughest loads.Nevertheless, the blade has been ground to such a thinness that, in addition to stability, it also offers excellent cutting properties. An extremely sharp 90-degree angle has been ground into the front part of the blade spine, allowing you to easily scratch a fire steel. For the handle, Böker have opted for an injected TPE handle, which is simply fabulous in the hand and thanks to its texture is still safe to grip even with wet hands. Thanks to the comparatively low weight, the Böker Bronco is an all-around perfect companion in the forest or on a hike. Included is a kydex sheath, including a clip. The knife is of course manufactured entirely in Böker's factory in Solingen.

If you want to buy an outdoor knife, you should clearly understand your requirements. Think about the situations in which you will primarily use it. What makes these knives special is that they are strong enough to work reliably even under extreme conditions. Outdoor knives with fixed blades are ideal for tougher tasks as they offer higher stability and durability compared to folding knives. They allow you to work precisely, even in challenging conditions. Outdoor knives are also available as folding knife variants. These are safe, practical, and handy – although, of course, not as sturdy as fixed-blade knives.
The features of an outdoor knife are crucial to withstand the challenges of the outdoors:
Our tip: To ensure your knife lasts a long time, regular maintenance and cleaning are especially important. In our shop, you’ll find a wide range of high-quality cleaning and maintenance oils, polishing cloths, and care swabs.
In Germany, it is important to be aware of the legal regulations regarding knives. When choosing your outdoor knife, you should be mindful of the carrying restrictions in Germany. According to the Weapons Act (WaffG) § 42a, there is a prohibition on carrying certain items. This includes, among other things, knives with lockable blades that can be operated with one hand or fixed knives with a blade length over 12 cm. All information on the topic "What does §42a-compliant mean" can be found on our website.
If you want to order an outdoor knife from us, make sure it meets your individual requirements. For everyday use, a compact EDC knife (Every Day Carry) might be a better choice. For lighter daily tasks, you can also rely on our pocket knives, which are ideal as compact alternatives. These knives are especially practical and easy to carry. Many models also offer additional tools that can be useful on the go.
