GiantMouse ACE Clyde Natural Micarta Ansø and Voxnaes Design Elmax steel Bronze Washer Clyde? Who is Clyde? With this knife, GiantMouse presents a really incredibly striking-looking model on which the two designers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes have worked for a really long time. Here, the most diverse influences flow together, which unite in a successful design. In addition to borrowings from European knives, you will also find elements of Japanese and Arabian blades, which give Clyde a unique appearance. The handle is with equipped with natural brown Micarta scales and a black backspacer/thumb pin, which gives the knife a certain old-school charm and looks simply fabulous. The shape of the handle may remind you a bit of the classic Scandinavian Pukkos, but without copying them. The slightly sloping shape towards the back offers a great hand position, which makes this compact pocket knife very universal. Thanks to the generous recess in the handle, the liner lock is easy to unlock and very easy to use. The saber-ground blade has a nice upward sweep and is slightly reminiscent of a Persian-style blade. The steel used here is Elmax steel from Böhler, which is not only very cut-resistant, but also extremely insensitive to rust. This means that you can also process food without any problems, for example. To round off the overall package, Clyde was equipped with a deep-carry clip, so that the knife inconspicuously takes its place in your jeans. Basically, only one question remains: when is Bonnie coming?

Spyderco Para 3 Lightweight CPM-SPY27 Ultralight 70 grams Steel specially developed for Spyderco: CPM-SPY 27 Dark blue FRN handle scales A faithful companionMost major knife manufacturers have developed their classics over the years, which are simply indispensable from the program. Spyderco's Para Military 2 is one of them, along with several other models. But for some, this folding knife is a bit too big for everyday use, especially since there is a legal regulation in some US states that only allows blades up to a length of 3 inches. Spyderco have therefore put the PM2 on a diet and the result can now be admired in the form of the Para 3. Well, it's not quite that simple - after all, the Para 3 is much more than just a shrunken version of the classic.Despite the significantly smaller dimensions, the Para 3 also feels absolutely fantastic in the hand, especially when you use the finger choil at the base of the blade. This indentation allows one to guide the knife very close to the cutting edge and thus be able to transfer a lot of force to the cutting motion. The Compression Lock, which at first glance looks like a liner lock attached to the back, provides maximum security through its locking technology, which is due to the fact that here (unlike the liner lock) a part of the plate is pushed between the blade root and the stop pin. To destroy the lock, the vertically positioned liner would have to be crushed between the blade and the pin, which is virtually impossible. Lightweight Spyderco have added a popular model to their ultra-lightweight line with the Para-3-Lightweight. The already brilliant Para 3 has been put on a radical diet - with phenomenal results. The new Lightweight version with the slightly rounded handle, is fantastic in the hand. With its sensational 70 grams, you can carry it in your pocket almost unnoticed. The handle scales in this version are made of the lightweight FRN plastic (Fiber Reinforced Nylon) that Spyderco has been using for a long time. This material is very robust and offers an extremely good grip. So you can work safely and precisely with the knife even with wet hands, without the threat of slipping the Para 3. The CPM-SPY 27 Working closely with Crucible® Industries, Spyderco developed the CPM SPY27, a particle metallurgy stainless steel that contains a proprietary blend of alloys including vanadium, molybdenum, niobium, nitrogen and cobalt. This remarkable composition, enhanced by the reinforcing effect of cobalt and the state-of-the-art crucible particle metallurgy process, is made exclusively for Spyderco. This pimped version of the popular Para 3 Lightweight improves on all the proven features of the standard version with its high performance CPM SPY27 blade. Together with the large lanyard hole and the double-sided convertible Poketclip (the knife is thus also perfectly suitable for left-handers) you get with the Para 3 a really robust and yet handy pocket knife, which proves to be an absolutely faithful companion in everyday life.

Spyderco McBee Jonathan McNees Design CTS-XHP steel Titanium Framelock Bee buzzing around The Spyderco McBee (designed by Jonathan McNee) polarizes without a doubt. Even we in the team don't agree whether this little stinger is one of the most ingenious EDC knives ever or whether we are dealing with the "Fiat Multipla" of the knife scene. Whether you like this little stinger or not, it remains to be said that the McBee is incredibly well made and designed. The short blade, somewhat reminiscent of a Wharncliff shape, is made of the extremely cut-resistant CTS-XHP steel. This is not completely stainless; the blade should therefore be cleaned with a little oil every now and then. Good ergonomics are ensured by the generous recess on the back of the blade, which offers sufficient space for placing the index finger. This allows extremely precise cuts to be made with complete ease. The handle of the McBee is completely milled from titanium and designed as a framelock. A real eye-catcher is the hammer finish on the lockbar cutout and on the axle screw. Here you can see that Spyderco still go to the last detail even on such a small knife. At only 48gr, the McBee is absolutely predestined to travel with you as a faithful companion in the fifth pocket of your jeans. Thanks to the clip, the knife sits securely and tightly on the hem of the pants. Sure - a log batonieren or a piece of game supply one would not expect such a small knife. But if you're looking for a small box cutter, a sturdy backup knife or simply a cool EDC item, the McBee is right up front.
MKM Goccia bronze anodized Titanium Jens Anso Design M390 steel including Cordura sheath with zipper and belt loop Pure elegance Come on, you've already guessed the designer of this knife, right? Right, behind the design of the Goccia is, of course, Jens Anso. The line of this noble folding knife is clearly reminiscent of the legendary Neo - except that you don't have to sell a kidney here. The Goccia exudes a certain calmness and elegance, which is mainly due to the continuous swing and the organic lines. The flipper tab fits casually and harmoniously into the design, but together with the ball bearings it also provides a lot of fun. Other than that, all that remains to be said is: M390 steel, deep carry clip, Titanium handle scales, Anso design. What else to want here?

Every gram counts only 70 grams light good grip Deep-carry clip Spyderco have added a popular model to their ultra-lightweight range with the Para 3 Lightweight. So you can work with the knife even with wet hands safely and accurately, without the one the Para 3 to slip. For the blade, the manufacturer from Colorado relies on the CTS BD1N steel, which is also used for example in the UKPK. This nitrogen-alloyed steel offers excellent prerequisites for a good all-round steel. On the one hand, it takes on enormous sharpness and can still be resharpened easily. In addition, this alloy is absolutely insensitive to rust. As with the normal Para 3, the popular Compression Lock is used to lock the blade, which can be easily and safely operated via the back of the blade. Together with the deep-carry clip, you have a knife here that exudes a real tool character and simply wants to be used. The light weight, versatile steel and fantastic hand placement make this cutting tool a real workhorse. So out of the cabinet and into life.

GiantMouse ACE Corta - Green Canvas Micarta ACE version of the limited GM6 blade made of M390 with a stonewashed blade finish powerful flipper mechanism (flips like hell) clip convertible The new, small, big mouse After the limited GM6 was already quite a hit, the Corta is now the series version. Here you don't just get a slimmed down GM6, but a completely independent pocket knife with a clear design model. Unlike the very compact GM6, the Corta was designed to be minimally larger and offer a more universal hand position. The two indicated handle recesses ensure that you always retain as much control as possible over the knife when carving, for example. The flat grind, which is raised almost to the back of the blade, is, thanks to the thin cutting bevel, a real ! The small Flippertab then provides the necessary fun: the blade of the Corta fires thanks to the built-in ball bearings only so from the handle! For the handle material you have the choice between green or natural Micarta. There is also a very cool all-black version with PVD finish on the blade and black G10 handle scales. A solid brass backspacer provides a nice visual contrast and improved hand grip. The whole thing is rounded off by a convertible wire clip - of course Deep Carry! By the way, this model is manufactured by Reate, which speaks for the highest quality workmanship!
Atelier Perceval - Le Francais The classic from France 9 different handle materials Assembled by hand Extremely thinly ground The Le Francais is already something of a modern classic of French knife culture and, along with the L08, is considered one of Perceval's most popular models. Due to the thin, extremely cutting blade and the very universal handle, it is suitable for a whole range of cutting tasks that arise in everyday life. The knife is in no way unpleasantly conspicuous and even makes a really good picture in the restaurant. Thanks to the small leather case, it can be easily carried in your pocket without scratching the beautiful handle scales. Although we are dealing with a thoroughly modern knife design, the roots of Le Francais go back to the 17th century. Already in this long past time, a very similar looking knife was used by the French farm workers. The Le Francais is locked by a clean liner lock, which is wonderfully easy to unlock. The small nail hammer makes it very easy to open the knife two-handed. The wonderfully tapered blade, is very well suited for fine work and the edge on roughened buffalo leather, comes from the factory with an enormous sharpness. The Sandvik 19C27 steel used is highly resistant to rust and therefore completely unproblematic in connection with food. All in all, you get a really great piece of French knife culture here, which will certainly take a special place in your collection. The ebony version is also available with a corkscrew. Handle materials Boxwood root wood This wood has a wild, almost boisterous grain in which there are many details to discover. Carbon Carbon - or Carbon Fiber - is a good choice if you want a more modern look. G10 G10 always goes. Here, however, once in white, which you don't see that often. Linden Root Doesn't look quite as wild grained as boxwood root, but still has an exciting texture. Serpent Wood This wood has a racy, sweeping grain with a light brown color. Along with this, you'll always find darker streaks that make for a great contrast. Olive A very common wood for knife making in the Mediterranean region. The grain looks pleasantly subtle, but can vary from model to model. Ebony THE classic! Ebony has an incredibly high density and has been used for decades in instrument making for fingerboards. Due to the very fine pores, the wood is relatively insensitive. Ebony with corkscrew Identical to the normal ebony version, but with a corkscrew. Gajak This narrow-pored wood has a slight green tint, which makes for a very special look. Please note, each knife is unique and differs from the knives shown, as the selected materials are natural.
Whether as a daily tool or a stylish collector's item, pocket knives have fascinated people since the dawn of time. Knives are among the world's earliest tools, combining craftsmanship with practical application. These knives are not only works of art but also coveted collectibles and sometimes even investments. The oldest known pocket knife is over 2,500 years old, showing how long this practical tool has been part of our culture.
Pocket knives are characterized primarily by their folding mechanism, which allows the blade to be safely stored within the handle. This makes them particularly compact and safe. Today, there is a wide variety of pocket knives from various manufacturers and designers around the world. They come in different colors, blade shapes and lengths, as well as with various locking and opening mechanisms. Every pocket knife tells its own story and serves as a reliable companion in its owner's daily life.
Choosing the right pocket knife always depends on various factors that should be tailored to your personal needs and preferences.
The blade material is crucial for the knife's sharpness, durability, and maintenance. You can choose between stainless steel, non-stainless carbon or high-carbon steel, or even Damascus steel.
Our tip: For tougher tasks and demanding jobs, fixed-blade knives are ideal. They offer stability and reliability, especially for outdoor activities or craftwork. If you're looking for a compact and versatile knife for daily use, EDC knives are a great choice. They complete your EDC kit and are also true eye-catchers.
If you want to gift a pocket knife, you should also ask yourself beforehand what the recipient intends to use the pocket knife for. Is it for everyday use or more of a collector's item? A carving knife for children, or perhaps for camping? This consideration largely determines what features the knife should have.
According to Weapons Act (WaffG) § 42a, there is a prohibition on carrying certain items. These include, among other things, knives with lockable blades that can be operated with one hand and fixed-blade knives with a blade length over 12 cm. All information on the topic "What does §42a-compliant mean" can be found on our website.
