The new, small, big mouse
After the limited GM6 was already quite a hit, the Corta is now the series version. Here you don't just get a slimmed down GM6, but a completely independent pocket knife with a clear design model.
Unlike the very compact GM6, the Corta was designed to be minimally larger and offer a more universal hand position. The two indicated handle recesses ensure that you always retain as much control as possible over the knife when carving, for example. The flat grind, which is raised almost to the back of the blade, is, thanks to the thin cutting bevel, a real ! The small Flippertab then provides the necessary fun: the blade of the Corta fires thanks to the built-in ball bearings only so from the handle!
For the handle material you have the choice between green or natural Micarta. There is also a very cool all-black version with PVD finish on the blade and black G10 handle scales. A solid brass backspacer provides a nice visual contrast and improved hand grip. The whole thing is rounded off by a convertible wire clip - of course Deep Carry!

Eine wunderschöne Maus
Es ist mein erstes Messer von Giantmouse. Ich hatte wirklich etliche am Wochenende vor Ort in der Hand und sie waren alle wunderschön, aber ich war mir nicht sicher welches es sein soll. Als ich dann das Corta in die Hände bekam, war ich sofort überzeugt. Es ist ein wirklich schöner Handschmeichler, hat ein gutes Gewicht, liegt gut in der Hand und das Design ist unbeschreiblich. Was mir vom Design her am besten gefällt ist der Messing Liner, der optisch wirklich was her macht. Ich würde es sofort wieder kaufen :)
