Classic Nordic Craftsmanship in the Shank Sharpener’s Union Edition The Jutland Slipjoint is a tribute to the Danish peninsula of Jutland – the home of Jens Anso and Jesper Voxnaes. Here, between the rough North Sea, endless dunes, and small quiet towns, groundedness meets adventurous spirit. This blend also defines the design of the Jutland: classic, robust, yet modern – a knife with a Nordic soul, built for those who value precision and craftsmanship. In the exclusive Shank Sharpener’s Union Edition, the Jutland represents more than just functionality. It is a symbol of community, passion, and the art of sharpening – forged for those who continually refine their craft. Featuring milled brass handle scales, a PVD-coated CPM-S90V blade, and matching hardware, this version combines character, stability, and style. Manufactured in Maniago, Italy, every detail stands for uncompromising European quality. The 6.7 cm slipjoint blade opens via a classic nail nick – smooth, precise, and without a lock, yet offering maximum control. The knife remains 42a-compliant, making it perfect for everyday use – whether in the workshop, on a tour, or as part of your urban EDC setup. Each piece of the SSU Edition is individually numbered, strictly limited to just 200 units worldwide – a true collector’s rarity and a must-have for Union members. Once these 200 knives are gone, the series will be history. So: If you want to be part of the Union – grab yours before it becomes history.
Luxury EDC Fixed Who says a fixed blade has to be small to be practical – or plain to look elegant? The GMF1 XL proves how truly luxurious a compact EDC knife can be. Crafted in Maniago, Italy, the GMF1 XL represents the precision and craftsmanship GiantMouse is famous for. Vulpex × Bestech VK-VOID G10 – 50/50 Customized This VK-VOID is no longer a standard production knife – it’s a true piece of Vulpex. Steven Kempa, aka Vulpex Knives, personally took this one apart and turned it into one of his well-known 50/50 Customized pieces. The base knife is the VK-VOID G10 with a Magnacut blade and a grey PVD finish. The blue-grey G10 handle remains unchanged – robust, functional, and with that signature look that made the VOID so popular in the first place. Steven replaced all original steel hardware with custom-made titanium screws, anodized in an eye-catching “Shiny Green” finish. He also refinished both inlays and anodized them in his trademark Splatter style – the instantly recognizable Vulpex look that’s become his signature. Performance-wise, he didn’t stop there: the factory edge was refined on leather using diamond paste to add a touch more bite and sharpness. And as with all his 50/50 Customized knives, Steven engraved one of the liners on the inside with “50 / 50” – his personal hallmark for this series. The starting bid for this auction is €153, matching the standard VK-VOID retail price. A knife like this is less of a tool and more of a small piece of art – refined by the designer himself.(Delivery without packaging)

Traditional Pocket Knife – Now Available with Titanium Scales If there’s one object that has naturally found its way into our pockets for generations, it’s the pocket knife. Our grandfathers had one, and even our grandmothers often carried a small knife somewhere in the depths of their handbags. These everyday companions were often passed down from hand to hand – from generation to generation. Maybe there’s still a piece of that tradition in your pocket today. With the Farley Slipjoint, GiantMouse pay homage to exactly that kind of pocket knife – while creating something entirely new. For the first time, the Farley appears in a version with titanium handle scales. The lightweight, durable material gives the knife not only an elegant feel but also an impressive balance of refinement and toughness. The lines remain unmistakably classic: Inspired by the elegance of French and Italian folders, the design also recalls Jens Ansø’s iconic Casino. The rounded backspring flows seamlessly into the equally smooth spine of the blade – a detail that convinces both visually and functionally. The Farley closes firmly, noticeably stronger than a Victorinox Alox, and delights with its precise walk and talk – that satisfying “click” knife enthusiasts instantly recognize. To protect the edge when closing, GiantMouse has integrated a stop pin that provides a defined blade stop. The 90° stop adds extra safety, ensuring the knife doesn’t close unintentionally while in use. The Farley is manufactured by Bestech in China – a company that has long joined the premium league, once again proving that flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail are no coincidence. Despite its refined appearance, the Farley remains a true workhorse – built for cutting, carving, and everyday carry. And then there’s the name: Farley – a bar at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge. Fog drifts over the water, the sun sets, oysters are served, and a surf band plays in the background. A place that inspires, connecting emotion and craftsmanship – just like this knife.

GiantMouse Farley V2 – the classic slipjoint reimagined If you liked the original Farley, you’re going to love the new V2 version. GiantMouse hasn’t reinvented the classic Farley Slipjoint – but they’ve refined it in all the right places. Where the first version impressed with its clean elegance and titanium handle scales, the Farley V2 brings a touch more vintage charm: the distinctive bolsters give the knife a classic face and create a smooth transition to the handle scales. You can choose between titanium bolsters with carbon fiber scales – lightweight, modern, and technical – or a warm combination of brass bolsters and micarta scales that develop more character with every use. The blade once again features Elmax steel – a high-performance steel known for its exceptional sharpness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. Despite the visual updates, what makes the Farley special remains unchanged: its clean lines, the satisfying “click” when it opens, and the perfect balance between elegance and everyday usability. It’s still the knife you’ll want to carry every day – just with a touch more retro flair.

Saddle up, partner – here comes the Jack Wolf Knives Scuffle! Created in collaboration with Nick Rodgers / Nitch Designs and inspired by the old Western Bowie knives, it brings a good dose of Wild West flair to your pocket. Secure & stylish handle The large, solid handle sits securely in your hand, and with the new pivot collar, the lockbar insert with jimping, and the partially hidden hardware, the Scuffle is not only functional but also damn stylish. Individual style options And because everyone in the West had their own style, you can choose: Kirinite Black Ice with belt satin finish, Micarta with stonewash, Crystall titanium, or the uncompromising full titanium frame lock version. An EDC knife can be useful in a variety of situations. Whether you need it to open packages, cut ropes, or find your way during an outdoor trip – the possibilities are virtually limitless. Especially in emergency situations, a good everyday carry knife can provide valuable service. For hobby craftsmen or outdoor enthusiasts, such a knife is indispensable. Here are some examples of where your EDC knife can be used:
When buying an EDC knife, you should consider certain features to find the perfect knife for your needs. In addition to the materials used and the blade length, the design also plays a major role. Many models are equipped with ergonomic handles that ensure safe and comfortable handling. Another aspect to consider when buying is the weight of the knife. A knife that is too heavy can be impractical, while a model that is too light might not provide enough stability.
Additionally, the size of the knife and the type of blade lock are important. If you have large hands, a knife with a bulkier handle may provide better handling. For pocket knives, the type of lock is crucial – for example, a framelock offers more stability than a slipjoint pocket knife.
Our tip: Pocket knives are also well-suited for everyday use and provide great assistance in many situations. In our shop, we offer a wide range of pocket knives in various designs from different manufacturers.
When choosing your EDC knife, you should be aware of the carrying restrictions in Germany. According to the Weapons Act (WaffG) § 42a, there is a prohibition on carrying certain items. This includes, among other things, knives with lockable blades that can be operated with one hand or fixed knives with a blade length over 12 cm. We have summarized all the information on the topic "What does §42a-compliant mean" on our website.
In our shop, you’ll find a wide range of EDC knives tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking for a functional everyday knife or value style and design, you’ll find the right one with us.
