Titanium bolster Back after 21 months The Sharpshooter from Jack Wolf Knives was the knife that started it all. Now this gunstock pattern is available again for the first time in 21 months. From the outside, the new version is hardly distinguishable from the original knife - but there are still some exciting changes. For example, the S90v steel is new and has taken the place of the M390. For a little more safety at work, the back spring has been made noticeably tighter. This means you don't run the risk of accidentally folding the blade when cutting. Despite the slightly firmer spring, you can open the knife without any problems, which is acknowledged with a wonderful "walk & talk". Incidentally, the hollow grind has been made slightly more robust this time - but the Sharpshooter is still a real cutting devil. GiantMouse uses two different alloys for the blade material: while the Micarta version uses good old Elmax, the titanium version has a blade made of Vanax steel. This alloy, produced using a powder metallurgical process, is equally rust-resistant, tough and edge-holding, making it an excellent choice for an all-purpose knife. The very high flat grind and the fine bevel give the Biblio a great cutting performance that can handle just about any everyday task. All in all, this knife combines the best of Danish design and extremely precise manufacturing in Italy, resulting in an absolutely universal tool that will serve you faithfully.

Sort of a bit of everything.
The Bottle Butcher is one of THE top sellers of BergBlades. This little two-finger knife fits on every key ring or comfortably in the watch pocket of your jeans.
With a blade thickness of a whopping 5mm and a cutting edge of 3.1cm, this small fixed blade really is extremely compact. The shape of the blade is clearly reminiscent of a classic butcher's hatchet. The partial flat grind allows the knife to cut verry well while remaining ultra sturdy, for example to be able to do some light pry work.
The highlight is clearly the cut-out on the back of the blade, which serves as a cap lifter. By the way, the knife does not even have to be pulled out of the well fitted Kydex - the sheath also has a matching recess to immediately and safely be able to use the bottle opener.
To make the Bottle Butcher as insensitive to humidity as possible, the very rust-resistant 440C steel and G10 handles were used in the construction this knife.
To put this compact knife through its paces, we simply used the Bottle Butcher for one week straight for literally ALL cutting tasks. No matter if its cardboard, string, fruit or pizza: in in doubt this little hatchet is ready for anything!
The Bottle Butcher comes with a Kydex and a robust key ring.
