Toni Nikolas Tietzel has been making knives since the age of 14 — no templates, no CNC, no shortcuts. He is best known for his compound grinds: blade geometries worked not only on the vertical plane but also on the horizontal, creating a harmony you can see and feel. This custom fixed blade is a different chapter — and shows a rarely seen side of TNT Knives. Simple, But Not Easy By Toni's standards, the grind is understated — no compound geometry, no elaborate blade architecture. What remains is a cleanly executed blade in 12C27 steel (HRC 60) with a blasted and washed finish: matte, high-contrast, scratch-resistant. Exactly the right finish for a knife built to be used. Blade length approx. 7.5 cm (3"), overall length approx. 17 cm (6.7") — compact, balanced, ready for everyday carry. Corian "Aztec Gold" The handle is crafted from Corian in "Aztec Gold" — warm in tone, comfortable in hand, and tough in daily use. Corian is a homogeneous composite material with no grain pattern that shifts over time and no sensitivity to moisture. What you see is what stays. The Sheath — Made Entirely by Hand What most knifemakers outsource, Toni does himself: every leather sheath is crafted entirely by hand — shaped, stitched, and finished from start to finish. The result is not an accessory but a piece of craftsmanship in its own right. Stamped with the TNT logo, brown patina, classically stitched. A sheath the knife deserves. One of a Kind — Certificate and Box Included Toni Tietzel does not produce runs. Every knife is a unique piece — no template, no repeat. Delivered with a certificate of authenticity and a premium box. If you own one, you own the only one.
