Ever since Bruce Springsteen put his backside in blue jeans on the cover of “Born in the U.S.A.” in 1984, one thing has been clear: denim is more than fabric. Denim smells of highways and summer nights in New Jersey. GiantMouse evidently sees it the same way and has given the Biblio XL a handle made of Denim Micarta. And yes, that really is denim, layered and pressed in resin. The S90V blade wears a stonewash finish. Anyone who hung around the schoolyard in stonewashed jeans in the eighties will be grinning right about now. It locks up with a liner lock, a brass backspacer closes off the back, and the wire clip can be swapped for left- or right-hand carry. With just over 8 cm of blade, the XL is an honest working knife – the cowboys in their Wranglers would tip their hats in approval. A fun fact on the side: the Biblio was designed by two Danes, Jens Anso and Jesper Voxnaes. It’s named after a bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where the idea for GiantMouse was born. Americana with a Scandinavian passport, you might say. The Denim is limited to 300 numbered pieces. Drop: Thursday, 1 October, 6 pm (CEST). And as every cowboy knows, whoever turns up late to the saloon gets nothing but warm beer.

The Doctor's Knife. Reimagined. The Feelbetter Jack by Jack Wolf Knives is a modern tribute to the classic doctor’s knife – a nearly forgotten blade pattern that Jack Wolf has brought back to life with precision engineering and contemporary design. The result: an exceptional EDC knife that combines tradition, craftsmanship, and premium materials in a truly remarkable way. Blade The Wharncliffe blade crafted from Crucible S90V steel delivers outstanding edge retention and ease of sharpening. ACE Atelier – Flat Brass Edition Art, craftsmanship, a touch of ambition – and somewhere in the background, a mouse quietly sneaks through the scene. Welcome to the atelier. That’s exactly where the GiantMouse ACE Atelier – Flat Brass belongs. Only instead of canvas and paint, you’re looking at solid brass, Böhler Elmax, and a very refined sense of design. At first glance, it might remind you of a slightly “over-washed” GiantMouse Grand, but conceptually it stands on its own. The design language is familiar: a distinctive blade with an aggressive swedge that adds visual tension, paired with a handle that subtly angles into your hand for a natural, secure grip. Functional by nature, but with the aesthetic precision you expect from GiantMouse. Now for what makes this version special: this is a limited run with a solid brass handle. No Micarta, no titanium – just one material, intentionally chosen. Brass brings weight (around 146 g), balance, and most importantly: patina. This knife won’t just show signs of use – it will age with you, shaped by how you carry and use it. The blade remains top-tier in performance. Böhler Elmax with a PVD finish offers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and a surface that doesn’t immediately highlight every mark of use. With a blade length of about 7.3 cm and an overall length of roughly 17.3 cm, the Atelier stays compact enough for daily carry without feeling compromised. Classic GiantMouse features are all here: a well-tuned liner lock and a reversible deep-carry wire clip that keeps the knife discreetly tucked away in your pocket. Bottom line: a compact but serious EDC folder with character – limited to just 300 individually numbered pieces.

GiantMouse x Zodiac Dive Watch & Knife Box Set A watch belongs in your everyday carry just as much as a knife. Both are tools you carry daily without thinking too much about them—until you realize how much you rely on them. That’s exactly where the idea behind this set begins. This wasn’t a quick collaboration thrown together overnight. Months of conversations, sketches, and “what if…” moments went into it. Two brands deliberately set out to build something for a specific purpose: for divers—and for collectors who appreciate concepts like this. At the center is the Super Sea Wolf Pro-Diver. And this is not a “let’s just throw in a watch” kind of decision—it’s a true piece of dive watch history. Zodiac is one of the early names in the world of dive watches, and the Super Sea Wolf has been known for decades for exactly that: built for use in the water, highly legible, robust, and designed in a way that evolves rather than changes completely over time. And this one plays in a completely different league. 300 meters of water resistance, a screw-down crown, and inside a Swiss automatic movement (STP 1-21) that doesn’t just run—but is COSC-certified for accuracy. On top of that, it’s ISO-certified as a true dive watch, meaning it doesn’t just look the part—it delivers. The ceramic bezel is custom-made for this model, and together with the blaze-orange accents it’s more than just visual. Inspired by the iconic 1970s “Exotic” dials, it ensures the watch remains clearly legible even in low-light conditions. And then there’s the knife. Not a folder, but a fixed blade—exactly what a proper dive knife should be. Made from N360 steel, specifically chosen for its exceptional corrosion resistance in marine environments. The satin-finished blade is paired with a black anodized aluminum handle and a blaze-orange G10 inlay, directly tying into the watch’s color palette. And again, it’s the details that make the difference: The pass-through design is intentionally built so you can quickly rinse the knife with fresh water after a dive. No unnecessary hassle—just practical, real-world functionality. This isn’t just design—it’s built around actual use. Only 300 sets exist worldwide. This set isn’t your typical EDC you casually put together. It’s a deliberately developed setup—for people who know exactly why they want something like this. Or for those who collect pieces like this because they represent what happens when two worlds are brought together the right way. A Legend Returns Picture this: late 1990s. Shoulder pads, brick-sized cell phones – and two old friends from Brooklyn sitting at a bar, talking knives. Bob Terzuola, the “Godfather of Tactical Folders,” and Sal Glesser, founder of Spyderco, set out to merge their design philosophies into one folding knife. The result? The iconic Spyderco Starmate. And now, it’s back as a limited Sprint Run edition. The Starmate isn’t just another folder – it’s a piece of knife history you can carry. Terzuola’s original concept blended elements from his Advanced Technology Combat Folder with Spyderco’s CLIPIT platform. Sal Glesser helped bring that vision into full production. Together, they created a milestone in tactical folding knife design – and now celebrate more than 25 years of that legendary collaboration. In hand, you get a highly capable working knife featuring a CPM 20CV blade – known for outstanding edge retention, excellent corrosion resistance, and impressive toughness. This is not a safe queen. It’s built to be used. The hollow-ground blade with an elegant swedge cuts efficiently while maintaining a bold, tactical profile. The signature Spyderco Round Hole allows for smooth one-handed opening, whether you’re right- or left-handed. The handle is made from textured black G-10 with nested stainless steel liners, delivering strength without unnecessary weight. A four-position pocket clip lets you configure carry exactly how you prefer – tip-up, tip-down, left, or right. There’s also a lanyard hole if you want to customize it further. On the reverse side of the blade, you’ll find a special detail: Terzuola’s engraved dragon head logo, inspired by the Mayan god of flint tools. It’s more than decoration – it’s a mark of knife culture history. The Starmate Sprint Run is produced only once and only in limited numbers. It comes with a durable nylon pouch and an information guide explaining the knife’s background. If you want to carry a true piece of modern knife legend in your daily life, this is it.
A slipjoint built for real work Sometimes you don’t want a refined gentleman’s slipjoint – you want a pocket knife with serious lumberjack vibes. That’s exactly where the Timber Jack comes in. As Jack Wolf Knives’ first release of 2026, this knife sends a very clear message: it’s here to work. The Timber Jack was developed in collaboration with Tracy LaRock, a custom slipjoint maker and outspoken fan of honest, robust knives. And you can feel that immediately. This knife is large, solid and beefy, fills the hand beautifully, and feels like a true tool rather than a display piece. For the first time, Jack Wolf Knives goes with a 4 mm blade thickness – about as much spine as you can realistically get in a classic slipjoint knife. Add to that a perfectly executed long pull with a subtle curve, precisely matched to the blade spine. It’s not only functional, but also incredibly good-looking. The blade is made from 154CM steel, exactly the kind of proven, reliable steel you’d expect for a hard-working pocket knife. You have two clear options to choose from. The Steel Series comes with steel liners and bolsters, perfect for those who appreciate weight and solid mass in hand. Or there’s the Ultralight Series, featuring G10 liners and scales – the same knife, significantly lighter, yet just as capable in everyday use. To shave off a few more grams, titanium hardware is used instead of stainless steel. No matter which version you pick, you get contoured handle scales, excellent ergonomics, and the satisfying walk & talk that Jack Wolf Knives is known for. In short: the Timber Jack is the knife for anyone who doesn’t associate the word “pocket knife” with manicured fingernails – but with real work.

Looking for an exceptional knife that not everyone has? Then you’re in exactly the right place. Each model is limited and often produced in small quantities. That’s precisely what makes them so sought after – not only by enthusiasts but also by collectors who bank on long-term value appreciation.
Whether classic, modern, or tactical style – every collectible knife in our selection makes a statement. Full of character, full of style. Many models are created in close collaboration with renowned designers and custom knifemakers such as Toni Titzel, Alex Kremer, Heidi Blacksmith, Jesper Voxnaes, or Jens Anso.
An excellent knife stands out with flawless craftsmanship, premium materials, and a tangible love of detail. High-end materials like titanium, Damascus steel, or micarta, precise mechanisms, and a thoughtful build ensure that every knife has a character all its own. After all, it’s not just about how a knife looks – it’s also about how it feels, opens, closes, and sits in the hand.
A good collectible knife can accompany you for a lifetime. If you use it, regular care is important, such as oiling carbon-prone steels and wooden handles. You’ll find the right care products in our shop. You should also store your knife well protected. The Knife Lounge Case knife case, for example, is a really solid storage solution.
One more tip: While you can clean fixed blades with water and a little dish soap without issue, you should be careful with folders. Cleaning with water can cause moisture to collect inside – which not only leads to rust but can also affect delicate mechanisms like ball bearings or washers.
You don’t actively use your knife and prefer to display it as a collectible in a cabinet? Understandable – especially with limited editions, preserving value plays a major role – and for many collectors, potential future appreciation is a real incentive.
Not sure which collectible knife suits you? No problem – we’re happy to advise. Send us a message via our contact form, stop by our store in Hamburg, or simply call us at 040 38 61 48 58
