Blade Finish / Handle Material:
Black Stonewash / Purple G10
Compact, Modern, Reliable
The Humbler Liner Lock Flipper combines classic tradition with modern technology, bringing the DNA of the Humbler Custom into a contemporary EDC format. With an overall length of 17.7 cm and a blade length of 7.5 cm, this knife is deliberately compact, making it the perfect everyday companion.
Proven Liner Lock System
For locking, Marcin Kampka relies on the Liner Lock. In his tests, this system proved to be absolutely reliable and safe for a knife of this size – ideal for daily use.
Flipper Mechanism for Quick Access
The shift from a classic slipjoint to a flipper mechanism was intentional: it offers quick, direct access to the blade while preserving a clean design. Subtle grooves and a tactile texture ensure precise control without being obtrusive.
Design Meets Functionality
Another highlight is the hidden pivot screw. Unlike many other folders, the axis remains invisible, keeping the knife close to a classic design while featuring modern mechanics. The G10 handle scales are extremely durable, lightweight, and offer a secure grip in everyday situations.
Practical & Easy to Carry
The discreet clip option on the right side allows you to carry the knife conveniently without interrupting its clean lines. If you prefer not to use it, the slim profile ensures the knife disappears almost unnoticed in your pocket at just 102 mm closed and weighing only 85 g – yet remains ready to hand.
MagnaCut – Next-Generation Steel
The blade is made of MagnaCut, a modern high-performance steel that is robust, sharp, and corrosion-resistant. This guarantees excellent cutting performance even in a compact knife.
Bestech Knives Manufacturing
The first production models are created in cooperation with Bestech Knives, renowned worldwide for precise craftsmanship and reliable quality.
Compact, elegant, and functional – the MK Knives Humbler Liner Lock Flipper is a high-quality EDC knife for those who value style, quality, and reliability in everyday life.

Robust, Functional, and Maintenance-Friendly
You know the situation: many modern knives are more showpieces than true tools. Holes, engravings, “speed-holes” – all nice, but not always practical. With the Ryson, Sam Tran of WE Knife makes a clear statement: move away from overloaded designs, towards a simple, robust hard user that can really do it all. Inspired by classics like CRK, Strider, and Hinderer, the Ryson is a knife you can confidently use every day – whether cutting, prying, or opening your lunch package. Modern, elegant, ergonomic, and reliable.
The Ryson is also the first production design from Sam Tran, better known in the community as Raven the Pirate. It wasn’t conceived on paper, but in real life: three friends, plenty of coffee, a weekend in the workshop, and the will to turn an idea into reality. Sam brought the vision, Toni from TNT Knives laid the first lines in CAD and even ground a fixed blade prototype to visualize size and ergonomics. Alex from Kremer Werkzeuge printed multiple 3D models until every detail was perfect.
The first WE Knife on washers: The Ryson runs on washers instead of ball bearings. This means less maintenance, less dirt susceptibility, and more stability. The larger surface area of the washers gives the blade a firm seat and allows for a slim design. The “hydraulic washer action” ensures you maintain full control over the blade – no wild drop-shut.
The Harpoon blade is not only striking but highly functional: multiple hand positions, precise cutting, and an aggressive, modern design. The blade made of Bohler M390 (3.2 mm thick, 58–60 HRC) is hollow-ground and grey-polished, combining excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and everyday usability. At approximately 8.4 cm, it’s long enough to handle any task, yet compact enough for comfortable carry.
The 6AL4V titanium handle fits perfectly in the hand, even for larger hands. The frame lock provides full security while working, and the titanium pocket clip (tip-up, right carry) keeps the knife ready at all times. Thanks to the minimalist 2-screw construction – only pivot and body screw, with the backspacer and clip holding – you only need one T8 bit to fully disassemble the knife. Maximum maintenance-friendliness with minimal effort.
With a total length of 19.4 cm, the Ryson sits perfectly between a Small and Large Sebenza – the ideal medium size. Comparable to the Benchmade Bugout or Osborne, but with more high-end hard-user feeling.
Name and Philosophy – Ryson: Sam’s Vietnamese name “Sầm Sơn” (mountain) is part of the inspiration, combined with the English word “to rise.” Ryson symbolizes height, ascent, and determination, and it even sounds like “Horizon” – fitting for a knife that feels like a reliable everyday companion in your hand: robust, functional, maintenance-friendly, and elegant.
In short: the WE Knife Ryson is a high-end knife you actually use. Robust like a hard user, modern like a design knife, maintenance-friendly like a classic tool – and all for under €300.

Carbon Fibre (Light Sandblast and Stonewashed)
Pocket-Friendly
The Sweeney is one of the most popular designs by Matt Westberg – and for good reason: it combines the best of three worlds. The handle takes inspiration from the Barber, the blade recalls the Tick, and the thumb hole comes from the Slim. But the Sweeney is much more than just a mash-up – its flowing lines look incredibly harmonious and feel like they were crafted from a single piece.
With the Mini Sweeney, you get the same DNA in a more compact format. Same look, same character – just scaled down to fit even easier in your pocket. Despite its smaller size, it remains a real eye-catcher and a reliable everyday companion.
The blade made from CPM Magnacut delivers modern high-end performance: extreme edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. It runs on ceramic bearings that sit on hardened steel washers – ensuring a buttery smooth action and long-lasting durability. You can open it via the thumb hole or the discreet front flipper, which is intuitive and quick to use.
No detail has been overlooked: a hardened lockbar insert with overtravel stop, titanium liners, precisely finished inlays, and a 3D-milled titanium pocket clip complete the package. Each knife is also individually numbered – with the number discreetly placed on the inside of the backspacer.
With the Mini Sweeney, you get a limited high-end tool that carries the unmistakable Berg Blades signature: thoughtful, functional, elegant – now in the perfect pocket-friendly size.
Available variants:
Titanium Black PVD with Green Micarta
Titanium Beadblast with Carbon Fibre
Full Titanium in Stonewash Finish

There are knife makers. There are knife makers who are true artists.
And then there’s Stefan Steigerwald.
The “Mad Professor” of the knife world regularly invents folders that make everything else in the knife cosmos look like mere background props. His creations, shaped by retro-futurism and steampunk aesthetics, are fine mechanical masterpieces – complex, playful, and yet somehow perfectly usable for everyday carry.
The Aronax Slipjoint, developed in collaboration with Bastards Knives, is more than just a namesake: Professor Pierre Aronnax was the main character in Jules Verne’s classic 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea – one of the most important steampunk novels ever written. And when you hold the Arronax in your hand, you can almost imagine grim Captain Nemo himself pulling it from his jacket pocket.
You can choose between two fascinating variants:
Brass handle scales with satin-finished D2 blade
Titanium scales with stainless Magnacut blade (ideal for a damp engine room deep under the sea)
The handle scales unmistakably bear Steigerwald’s signature: playful Art Deco elements combined with a clear, almost industrial design. The textured recesses provide a secure grip, while the milled holes in front of the pivot screw evoke an old steam engine – small details with great charm. The proprietary hardware blends seamlessly into the mechanical look – with a particularly clever touch: the pivot lock on the clip side, as if taken straight from a Nautilus construction kit.
The clip itself is a small mechanical revolution. Thanks to an integrated spring underneath, you can press it down like a rocker – no snagging, no scratching, just a smooth slide into your pocket. Sounds simple, but it’s executed so elegantly you almost feel like applauding. The sheepsfoot blade opens with a satisfying walk & talk – a little mechanical ritual in its own right.
The maritime influence of the sheepsfoot blade is no coincidence: the small ramp at the end of the spine gives your thumb a secure rest, while the subtle “horn” toward the tip provides a precise finger rest for detailed cutting work – whether on deck, underwater, or at your desk.
The package includes a microfiber cloth and a sturdy pouch with patch panel.
Silver meets Steampunk
The Bastard Knives Arronax Slipjoint has been silver-plated by hand in our Altonaer Silberwerkstatt.
The result is not a sterile high gloss, but a vivid finish with intentionally darkened areas –
an effect that highlights every contour and gives the knife an almost antique depth.
This interplay of light and shadow lends the Arronax a nearly historical aura.
Developed by Bastard Knives in collaboration with the “Mad Professor” Stefan Steigerwald,
the Arronax is a homage to Jules Verne’s 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. The Verne vibe runs through every detail:
playful Art Deco elements meet clear, industrial-inspired lines – now emphasized even more by the silver plating.
This Version
Brass handle scales with a satin-finished D2 blade, silver-plated in Hamburg.
The patina accentuates the milled holes and structured recesses, highlighting the retro-futuristic look.
Surface Notes
Patina intended: The darker areas are part of the design and deliberately created by hand.
Care: Silver may naturally darken over time. If needed, gently refresh with a soft silver polishing cloth – avoid aggressive cleaners.
Handmade character: Minor variations in tone and shading are normal and intentional.

Paired with a versatile clip point blade shape, this knife delivers control, precision, and reliability every day.
At just 91 grams, it’s impressively lightweight – not only thanks to the micarta and aluminum materials, but also due to the milled-out handle scales, which keep things strong yet sleek. And yes, the clip is reversible, making it a perfect choice for both right- and left-handed users.

A knife that looks great, feels great, and performs even better – day in, day out.
