The F5.5 is unmistakably a Jesper Voxnaes design. The sober, unagitated nature of his knives is as distinctive as it is elegant. The F5.5 exudes a certain calm and balance that make it so universally applicable.
Thanks to its recessed grip and otherwise rather neutral shape, the handle is comfortable to grasp for almost any hand size. The hand position is simply good. If you want to work very precisely, you can also pre-grip the F5.5 thanks to the small choil in the blade, so that even fine cuts go smoothly from the hand.
