Always with you.
If you're looking for a fixed blade that fits into your everyday life without drawing too much attention, the TRM Tagalong is worth a closer look.
This knife is compact. Really compact for a fixed blade.
And that’s exactly what makes it interesting.
It disappears easily into your pocket or EDC pouch and is there when you need it. Not before.
It’s not made for heavy outdoor use.
It’s simply too small for that.
But for everything that comes up in daily life? Boxes, packaging, zip ties, prepping food — that’s where it shines.
TRM uses CPM Magnacut for the blade.
Corrosion-resistant, holds an edge well, and easy to maintain. The high flat grind helps it move cleanly through material without dragging, especially on cardboard or similar stuff.
The micarta handle scales give you a secure grip, even when things get wet. It feels natural in hand right away, without needing to get used to it.
The leather sheath is simple and practical for everyday carry.
You can drop it into your pocket or secure it with an Ulticlip — whatever fits your setup.
It’s made by Three Rivers Manufacturing in Massachusetts.
If you know models like the Neutron or Atom — same people.
In the end, the Tagalong isn’t built for big adventures.
But it’s exactly the kind of knife you actually carry. And use.

Warning / Safety Notice:
Risk of cuts: The most common hazard when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can easily penetrate skin and tissue.
Blade slippage: Improper handling or applying excessive force may cause the knife to slip, leading to uncontrolled movements and potential injury.
Injuries from falling knives: Knives should never be left unsecured or placed near the edge of tables or work surfaces, as they may fall and cause injury.
Dull blades: Dull knives pose a higher risk of injury, as they require more force and are more likely to slip. Knives should therefore be sharpened regularly and properly.
Improper use: Using a knife for purposes other than its intended use (e.g. as a prying tool) can damage the blade and may result in accidents.
