A real outdoor knife
The GMF4 Fixed from GiantMouse is clearly designed for tough outdoor use. If you are looking for a knife for your next adventure, you are absolutely right here. The Micarta handle scales lie comfortably in the hand and give you great control over the 14.4cm long blade. So that you don't slip while working, you will find two jimpings on the rounded back of the blade: while the rear one is intended for the normal grip position, your thumb will find a safe position on the front jimping when you use the GMF4 in the foregrip. To allow you to attach a lanyard for security, you will find a lanyard loop both at the end of the handle and at the transition to the choil.
The flat ground blade made of Böhler's very rust resistant N690 steel has a beautiful swedge, which makes the GMF4 look very modern. Thanks to the blade thickness of 4.9mm you don't have to worry about even the hardest use in the forest: this fixed can really take a beating!
Included is a high quality leather sheath in which the GMF4 is secured with a push button.
The GMF4 comes in two versions: one with a satin finish blade and black micarta handle, and one with a PVD coated blade and red micarta handle scales.

Messer TOP, Lederscheide naja...
Super Messer! Verarbeitung Bombe, Handlage und Feeling, Schärfe und Qualitätseindruck ebenso! Allein die Scheide, vgl. Heikos Bewertung, relativ ruckelfrei, das Messer kann aber rd. 2-3 Zentimeter rausrutschen bis der Sicherungsriemen greift, Schneide bleibt dabei in der Scheide also wenig gefährlich. Aber an sich Lederscheide nicht mehr zeitgemäß imho, trotz top Verarbeitung an sich, Designschwächen. Nur eine Trageweise möglich und der Sicherungsriemen ist massiv gefährdet bei Rausziehen oder Wegstecken (ab-) geschnitten zu werden. Blindes Ziehen/Wegstecken ohne mind. einen Finger zur Führung und zum "Weghalten" des Sicherungsriemens zu benutzen ist nicht möglich. Ansonsten Versandgeschwindigkeit und Service wie immer erstklassig. (Danke auch für das giveaway zum CIVIVI)! Viele Grüße nach HH!

Erstklassiges Allroundmesser
Ein vielseitig einsetzbares Messer in gewohnt hochwertiger Giantmouse Qualität. Auch die Lederscheide ist sehr sauber und hochwertig verarbeitet und lässt das Messer ruckelfrei und straff sitzend transportieren. Einzig die obere Schnalle ist schlecht positioniert, da man diese sehr leicht einschneiden kann beim Einführen des Messers. Preis/ Leistung passt für mich. Kaufempfehlung !
