What do Danish designers Jesper Voxnaes and Jens Ansø do when they’re looking for inspiration for a new knife? We can’t say for sure – but judging by the name of their latest design, the Sonoma V2, it’s safe to assume that a certain scenic stretch of Northern California played a part.

 With the ACE Sonoma V2, Voxnaes and Ansø have taken one of their most beloved designs and refined it – a few smart tweaks here, a bit more everyday usability there. The result? A knife that keeps the soul of the original but feels lighter, sleeker, and just a bit more… clever.
