Böker Bronco
Böker Bronco Outdoor knife CPM steel blade Droppoint blade handle made of TPE (low heat conductivity) including high quality quiver leather sheath with leather loop for a fire steel with removable dangler inclusive fire steel Bronco The new Böker Bronco is THE price/performance hit when it comes to a super sturdy, rather compact outdoor knife. This knife is made of the ultra-tough but very cutting CPM 3V steel, which is one of the most popular alloys when the blade must withstand even the roughest loads. The blade was nevertheless ground so thin that in addition to the stability also very good cutting properties are given. At the front part of the blade back was ground an extremely sharp-edged 90 degree angle, with which you can effortlessly scribe the supplied fire steel. For the handle, Böker have opted for an injected TPE handle, which is simply fabulous in the hand and thanks to its texture is still safe to grip even with wet hands. Thanks to the comparatively low weight, the Böker Bronco is an all-around perfect companion in the forest or on a hike. Included is a leather sheath, including a dengler. The knife is of course manufactured entirely in Böker's factory in Solingen. Translated with www.

Böker Barlow Integral Burlap Micarta Black G10 Liner/ Brown Micarta Scales Blade made of Böhler N690 Only 30 grams Old Schooler for the Summer We all know it: there are those (summer) days when a heavy titanium framelock folder is just too much. Maybe you're also a fan of classic pocket knives, but sometimes you don't feel like a heavy rattle with massive nickel silver bolsters. Böker have once again turned their attention to their popular Barlow Slipjoint and hit a bull's eye: the Barlow Integral. At 30 grams, this knife is so incredibly light that you practically can't feel it in your pocket. The reason for this can be found in the basic construction: instead of plates made of nickel silver, steel or brass, liners made of G10 are used here. At the same time, the bolsters are also made of G10, which again reduces the weight. Nevertheless, you don't have to make any sacrifices in terms of stability with this knife - the fiberglass-reinforced G10 is incredibly robust and almost indestructible. On top of the liners you will find handle scales made of brown burlap micarta, which ensure a classic appearance in your EDC. The pike blade is made of ice-hardened N690 steel from Böhler, which Böker have perfected in its hardening. This alloy is very little susceptible to rust so you can work with food without any problems. The back spring, which is also stainless, provides a super crisp blade action that keeps the blade secure when open despite the lack of a lock. The two-handed opening makes the knife legal to carry in Germany. With the Barlow Integral you get a classic pocket knife that has an old school look, but is handmade in Solingen with modern materials and the highest standards.

Böker Barlow Prime Expedition
Böker Barlow Prime Expedition compact pocket knife in classic look N690 steel blade and Micarta handle scales Handmade in Solingen Off to new adventuresWhich pocket knife Ernest Shackleton had in his pocket when he set off on his Impirial Trans-Antarctic Expedition in his ship, the Endurance, in 1914, we don't know for sure, of course. But we like the idea of thinking it might have been the new Böker Barlow Prime Expedition. The name of this knife exudes the charm of the great voyages of discovery of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and indeed this pocket knife would certainly have made a faithful companion on such a voyage. The Barlow Prime pays homage to the Barlow knives, which were imported to the United States from Europe as early as the 18th century. Thus, at the turn of the century, the first Barlows also appeared in Böker's lineup. The Barlow Prime is clearly based on one of the knives of that time and is - just like in the past - completely manufactured in Solingen. Typical for this type of knife are the two bolsters made of solid brass, which are a little shorter on this Barlow variant than on the American representatives of its kind. This has the advantage that the weight is reduced a little. For the handle material, Böker have opted for a classic green Micarta, which together with the brass bolsters gives a great look. The small shield with the Böker logo is also embedded in the handle. Böhler's N690 steel is used for the blade, which is highly resistant to rust thanks to its high chrome content. Towards the tip, the blade was given a ricasso on the back of the blade, which makes for a racy but equally classic look. To prevent the blade from accidentally folding, the slipjoint spring engages another time at 90 degrees. All in all, Böker have brought a great version of a true gentleman's knife classic back to life here. The Barlow Prime is a pocket knife that is just as versatile as it is elegant. Whether in the pocket of a fur jacket or the pocket of a sailor's pants - with this knife you get a companion that is ready for any adventure.

Böker Barlow Expedition
Böker Barlow Expedition compact pocket knife in classic look 440C steel blade and Micarta handle scales Handmade in Solingen A true adventurerWhether Sir Edmund Hillary carried a pocket knife with him when he climbed Mount Everest for the first time in 1953 we do not know exactly. But the assumption that there was a small knife in his luggage is quite obvious and we find the idea that it could have been Böker Barlow Expedition quite nice. With this new variant of the classic Barlow, Böker exudes the charm of the great voyages of discovery of our time. The Barlow is one of the most distinctive variants of the classic pocket knives. Typical for this design are the elongated jaws made of brass, which take up about a third of the handle. For the handle, the Solingen-based company has opted for a classic green micarta for the Expedition variant. Embedded in the material is also the classic shield with the Böker Tree logo. The blade, made of 440C steel, is a clip-point blade that pays homage to the American pocket knives of the 19th century. Thanks to the long-pull, the blade opens well two-handed. The thin tapered edge and fine point provide excellent cutting properties. Of course, this Barlow is also completely handmade in the Böker manufactory in Solingen. Fans of classic pocket knives get here a faithful everyday companion that is wide for every new adventure.

Böker Rangebuster Green
Böker Rangebuster Green elegant classic gentlemen's knife with Micarta handle scales ice hardened N690 steel with green Micarta under 50g Workhorse!Hardly any tool is so closely linked to the emergence of the USA as the Solingen work knives of the 18th and 19th centuries. By the thousands, for example, the Hippekniep (often referred to simply as Hippe, Notschlachter or even Arbeitsmesser) was shipped from Germany to the fledgling USA. There they served as robust and plain knives for the often very hard work on the land. Here, stability and reliability were especially in demand. In the English-speaking world, this type of knife was often called sodbuster or bullbuster. Böker now bring with the Rangebuster a new knife on the market, which is strongly reminiscent of the great time of Solingen work knives. The curved handle with the self-supporting shells made of Micarta (optionally available in Green or Maroon) lies very securely in the hand and guarantees effortless work even over a longer period of time. A special visual highlight is the thick, robust brass pin that keeps the blade centered in the hilt. Unlike its historical predecessors, Böker used N690 steel from Böhler for the Rangebuster, which is not only insensitive to rust thanks to its special ice-hardening process, but also has very good edge retention. The traditionally toothed nail cut is somewhat reminiscent of an eye, as in the historical model. Another special feature is that the Rangebuster uses a robust backlock lock instead of a slipjoint spring. This means that even harder cutting work can be done safely and securely. Perfect, by the way: The ClipSlip in size Small.

Böker Cattle Knife burl birch
Böker Cattle Knife burl birch handmade Longpull with fine serration for lighting (certain) dash woods N690 steel May it be a little bigger? The Cattle Knife is basically the working man's knife among the gentleman's folders. This stems primarily from the fact that it was designed exactly as such. In the 19th century, as settlers in the United States began to cultivate the land and build larger infrastructures, it quickly became clear that the small sporting knives that had been available up to that point would not be sufficient for the hard day-to-day work on a ranch or construction site. The Cattle Knife was born. What initially looks like a fine gentleman's knife quickly turns out to be a real worker. With a total length of just under 200mm and a slightly thicker blade, the Cattle Knife can also be used to perform coarser tasks with ease. The taut back spring and the tightly engaging 90-degree half-stop provide the necessary safety. In keeping with the style of classic pocket knives, the Cattle Knife features brass liners and nickel silver bolsters. For the wood, the manufacturer chose burl birch, which comes into its own nicely here. The choice of blade steel, on the other hand, is somewhat more modern. The N690 produced by Böhler is on the one hand very rust resistant and on the other hand quite easy to resharpen. The longpull, which has been provided with a fine serration for tearing of superalloy match oil, allows a comfortable opening of the blade. The Cattle Knife is built entirely by hand in the Solingen manufactory.
